Engel’s Nursery Inc. is strictly a wholesaler of bare root seedlings / stock.

When ordering, there is a minimum order size of 200 trees total. You may mix and match by bundle quantites (25 seedlings 10 transplants) to meet that minimum.

All seedlings are bundled in quantities of 25, all transplants are bundled in 10’s

We ship all of our products thru UPS or LTL’s unless otherwise arranged by the customer. There is an additional 18% for shipping and handling on all UPS and LTL orders. There is also a minimum of $50.00 shipping charge for all orders.

Orders can be picked up if prearranged and if a specific date is set in advance. There is an addition of 5% for packaging and handling on all pick-ups. (Will be waived on pick-up orders if paid in full prior to pick-up).

Please be as accuratte as possible when ordering to minimize cancellations. We understand our customers needs may change as spring approaches. However to maintain an accurate inventory and availability we ask that all order changes and cancellations be made prior to March 1st. Order changes made within 30 days of ship date may impact on time delivery.

Order reduction cut off is march 1st.  Order additions aer accepted up to 2 weeks prior to shipping

25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order. Inventory is not reserved until deposit is received. Balance due 7 days prior to shipment of order. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge.

Nonrefundable deposit can be applied to a future order if order cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to ship date. Cancellations of less than 60 days of ship date will forfeit the deposit.

Residents of Michigan are subject to a 6% sales tax unless Tax ID# is given. Out of state purchases picking up orders are subject to same conditions.

To avoid delay, please include full payment with order. We accept payment thru check, money order, Visa or Mastercard.

A plant grown from seed in our nursery for 1-2 years, depending on variety.

A 1-2 year old seedling grown and then replanted into another bed here at the nursery to allow the plant to develop a better fibrous root system and more side branching.
